11-11.45am Fusion FIIT – our popular workout blending High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with martial arts moves. Modifications available for all levels
12-1pm Breakdance lesson with Keir Moffatt. Fun, funky moves and flexibility all in one!
1.15-2.15pm Coaching workshop. Get your questions answered about exercise, nutrition and health, before devising your own action plan to get you closer to your goals.
2.15pm Empower Yoga – finish the day with a relaxing yoga practice to send you home feeling positive and confident.
Open to men and women, and to all levels of fitness and yoga. You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before the event and we reserve the right not to admit you if there are medical conditions or injuries that would affect your participation.
Dr Tracy Johnson
Dr Tracy Johnson is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and experienced life and health coach who has been featured in OM Yoga Magazine, the Guardian, MindBodyGreen and the Bristol Post. She is also a featured trainer in the year long TV documentary series Be Fit Bristol Fit. She holds specific qualifications in advanced nutrition for weight management & kettle bell instruction, is one of the world’s first certified online personal trainers and a well published author on yoga, health and fitness.
Keir is a freelance web developer, snowboard instructor, breakdancer and all-round adventure seeker. He believes in the transformative power of exercise, fun and adventure – especially with regards to mental wellbeing – and loves to teach and share knowledge. His love of breakdance began as a teenager and led on to becoming a semi-professional dancer, running workshops for Bristol University and UWE, and performing and choreographing showcases for charity and non-profit events around the UK. He considers himself a ‘retired’ dancer these days… but keeps his dancing shoes close by and at the ready!

Simply email email@example.com with FITNESSDAY in the subject box and we’ll email you an invoice you can pay online with a bank card. Places are not confirmed until payment is made in full. The day costs £35 (£30 for current personal training clients) and includes all course materials and a goody bag.
