If you like training in a group, come and join our fabulous fitness community at Combat HIIT. This class combines martial arts conditioning with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to increase strength, stamina and balance – fast! We also occasionally add in equipment such as kettle bells and dumbbells to add resistance and increase the burn, as well as doing some pad work drills.
This class is friendly and welcoming, especially to newcomers, and we all support each other through the workout. We’ll make sure we know your name and look after any injuries, pregnancies or medical conditions that could affect your participation. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable at a group class, then try us! You can also see us in action on the very first episode of Be Fit Bristol Fit.
