No classes are running during weeks commencing February 10th and 17th while I am away running courses for Realise.
My classes are friendly and welcoming, especially to newcomers, and we all support each other throughout. We’ll make sure we know your name and look after any injuries, pregnancies or medical conditions that could affect your participation. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable at a group class, then try us! When & where?
This is high intensity interval training based on martial art skills conditioning and boxing. It’s tough but can be modified to suit beginners.
Monday 1pm at Sweaty Betty Bristol (7 places). Sweaty Betty has a cubicle inside the studio but no washing facilities.
Empower Yoga and Yoga Express
A friendly class, perfect for all levels (including beginners) based on vinyasa flow and hatha yoga styles. Tracy is a 200 hour qualified teacher under Sally Parkes Yoga and has been teaching regularly for more than five years, with a spell as a yoga teacher trainer.
Wednesday 1.10pm, Yoga Express, Sweaty Betty
Friday 12pm, Empower Yoga, Powersports Gym
Mats are provided at Sweaty Betty but bring your own to Powersports or work directly on the matted floor.
£10 drop in, six classes for £50 (must be used within six months of purchase). Book through Move GB or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a place.
