Class cancellations and changes:

Combat HIIT will not be running on holiday Monday 31st March.

Combat HIIT and Yoga Express are now running on Zoom during the pandemic, with two places available in the Sweaty Betty studio. Book with Move GB or email to get the joining link.

My classes are friendly and welcoming, especially to newcomers, and we all support each other throughout. We’ll make sure we know your name and look after any injuries, pregnancies or medical conditions that could affect your participation. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable at a group class, then try us! When & where?

Combat HIIT

This is high intensity interval training based on martial art skills conditioning and boxing. It’s tough but can be modified to suit beginners.

Monday 1pm at Sweaty Betty Bristol (2 studio places). Sweaty Betty has a cubicle inside the studio but no washing facilities. (Now also running on Zoom.)

Empower Yoga and Yoga Express

A friendly class, perfect for all levels (including beginners) based on vinyasa flow and hatha yoga styles. Tracy is a 200 hour qualified teacher under Sally Parkes Yoga and has been teaching regularly for seven years, with a spell as a yoga teacher trainer. She also holds a specialism in yoga for triathletes with Yoga Medicine.

Wednesday 1.00, Yoga Express, Sweaty Betty (2 studio places) (now also on Zoom).

Mats are provided at Sweaty Betty. If you are taking an online class, any blocks, a strap or belt and a cushion are useful for making your practice more comfortable.


Zoom classes are £8 each.
In person classes are £10 drop in, six classes for £50 (must be used within six months of purchase). Book  through Move GB or email to reserve a place.  No refund if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice.
