I’m bringing more than 10 years’ experience of confidence coaching to my style of PT, ensuring that you feel good about your body and what it can do. I have been unwell and overweight in the past myself and know all too well how it feels to be unfit and unhealthy. I work with compassion and an understanding of the issues that may be holding you back from a healthier lifestyle. I also combine my fitness knowledge with yoga, martial arts and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for effective fat burning, strength, balance and flexibility. Registered and insured with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

PACKAGES AND COSTS
12 week PT & nutrition block Includes healthy eating and fat loss support, one PT session per week – £399 or £133 every four sessions
Individual sessions £40 (useful for correcting technique, working on a specific technique or boosting your confidence). Please do ask if you would like to share sessions with a friend: this costs £60 for two, £75 for three or £80 for four people.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Fusion FIIT group workout – Combine High Intensity Interval Training with martial arts conditioning and yoga flexibility for a challenging but fun session! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book or use Move GB. £8 drop in or use your Empower Yoga six class pass. All levels welcome.
