What makes Brainbox PT different?
I’m bringing more than 10 years’ experience of confidence coaching to my style of PT, ensuring that you feel good about your body and what it can do. I have been unwell and overweight in the past myself and know all too well how it feels to be unfit and unhealthy. I work with compassion and an understanding of the issues that may be holding you back from a healthier lifestyle.
I combine my fitness knowledge with yoga, resistance training, martial arts and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for effective fat burning, strength, balance and flexibility, and am a fully qualified health and nutrition coach with specific training in weight management.

Brainbox PT is based at Powersports Gym, Hampton Lane, with limited sessions available at GB Fit, Horfield and in the studio at Sweaty Betty, Clifton (HIIT & bodyweight only).
PACKAGES AND COSTS
12 week PT & nutrition block Includes healthy eating and fat loss support, one PT session per week – £399 or £133 every four sessions. Note: prices will increase on August 1st to £150 per four sessions and £420 for twelve.
Individual sessions £40 (useful for correcting technique, working on a specific technique or boosting your confidence). Please do ask if you would like to share sessions with a friend: this costs £60 for two, £75 for three or £80 for four people.

Discounted personal training sessions, August 2017
These sessions are available on a first come, first served basis and are not confirmed until payment has been made in full at £30 per session (usually £40). Please note the different venues and be aware that no refunds are available if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. New clients will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to acceptance.
