What makes Brainbox Personal Training different?
I’m bringing more than 10 years’ experience of confidence coaching to my style of training, ensuring that you feel good about your body and what it can do. I have been unwell with post-viral fatigue and overweight in the past myself and know how it feels to be unfit and unhealthy. I work with compassion and an understanding of the issues that may be holding you back from a healthier lifestyle.
My specialisms include: weight training, HIIT and body weight work, boxing fitness, kettlebell training, yoga, stretching and myofascial release, corrective exercise and movement assessment for injury prevention. I am also a certified health coach with a certification in advanced nutrition for weight management.
We are accepting new clients for training via video during the pandemic, so do get in touch.

Brainbox is based at Powersports Gym, Hampton Lane, with limited sessions in the studio at Sweaty Betty, Clifton (bodyweight training or corrective exercise only).
PACKAGES AND COSTS
12 week PT & nutrition block Includes healthy eating and fat loss support, one PT session per week – £450 or £160 every four sessions.
Individual sessions £45 (useful for correcting technique, working on a specific technique or boosting your confidence). Please ask if you would like to share sessions with a friend: this costs £60 for two, £75 for three or £80 for four people.
*You will be charged in full if you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice. All clients are subject to regular progress reviews. We reserve the right not to continue working with clients who do not attend regular sessions or are not compliant with training and nutrition plans agreed with the trainer.*
