We have two yoga workshops on offer in February and March. £25 each or buy both for £45. These are small group sessions with a maximum of seven people, so you will get plenty of individual guidance and advice.

Hormonal changes, busy lives and tiredness can mean rethinking our practice in favour of finding calm and stillness during stressful times. This workshop will introduce you to meditation and breath work to help steady and relax the mind, while our asana practice will be looking specifically at alleviating the symptoms of perimenopause, including sore joints, tight tissue and mood swings. £25


Yoga for Stress Management, Saturday 2nd March, 1.30-3.30pm

This all new and updated version workshop will take you through a slow, supported asana practice, and introduce you to yoga nidra. We will also look at using journaling, simple meditation and breath techniques for when life feels overwhelming. £25
